At One Touch Clean Group, our general cleaning service is usually completed by a professional team to ensure efficient, high-quality results while maintaining our high standards.
If the property requires additional attention or deep cleaning, extra time may be recommended and discussed with you prior to commencing work.

Residential Clients
More than 48 hours notice: No cancellation fee.
Less than 48 hours notice: Deposit forfeited.
Same day cancellation: Up to 100% of quoted service cost may apply.
Commercial Clients
Less than 72 hours notice may incur cancellation fees.
Recurring services require written notice for cancellation.
Where advertised, our Bond Guarantee applies only when:
The full clean has been completed by One Touch Clean Group.
The property has been inspected within 72 hours of service completion.
A copy of the property manager's cleaning report is provided.
The Bond Guarantee covers cleaning-related items only and excludes:
Property damage.
Maintenance issues.
Fair wear and tear.
Pest control.
External factors beyond our control.

Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 1 June 2026
By booking, engaging, or using the services of One Touch Clean Group Pty Ltd ("One Touch Clean Group", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Services
One Touch Clean Group provides, but is not limited to:
Commercial Cleaning
Residential Cleaning
End of Lease & Vacate Cleaning
Builders & Construction Cleaning
Carpet Steam Cleaning
Pressure Washing
Tile & Grout Cleaning
Property Maintenance
Removalist Services
Biohazard Cleaning
Water Extraction & Flood Response
Short-Term Accommodation Cleaning
Emergency & Ad Hoc Services
All services are subject to availability and acceptance by One Touch Clean Group.
2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
GST will be applied where applicable.
Quotes are based on the information provided by the client.
Additional charges may apply if the property condition differs significantly from the information supplied.
Additional time required to complete a service will be charged at the applicable hourly rate.
3. Deposits & Bookings
A deposit may be required to secure a booking.
Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled service.
Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
One Touch Clean Group reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Commercial clients with approved accounts may be offered payment terms.
Late payments may incur administration fees and debt recovery costs.
Any bank fees, collection costs, legal fees, or recovery expenses incurred in recovering outstanding amounts will be payable by the client.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Residential Clients
More than 48 hours notice: No cancellation fee.
Less than 48 hours notice: Deposit forfeited.
Same day cancellation: Up to 100% of quoted service cost may apply.
Commercial Clients
Less than 72 hours notice may incur cancellation fees.
Recurring services require written notice for cancellation.
6. Access to Property
The client must provide:
Safe access to the property.
Access to electricity and water where required.
Access instructions, keys, swipe cards, or alarm codes if applicable.
If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a call-out fee may apply.
7. End of Lease & Vacate Cleaning
We provide a professional cleaning service based on industry standards.
Properties must be vacant unless otherwise agreed.
Bond returns are ultimately determined by landlords, agents, and property managers.
Additional cleaning requested by third parties after completion may incur additional charges.
8. Bond Guarantee
Where advertised, our Bond Guarantee applies only when:
The full clean has been completed by One Touch Clean Group.
The property has been inspected within 72 hours of service completion.

External factors beyond our control.
9. Removalist Services
Clients are responsible for ensuring all items are packed appropriately unless packing services have been arranged.
One Touch Clean Group is not responsible for pre-existing damage.
Claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Valuable items including cash, jewellery, passports, and important documents should not be transported by our team unless specifically agreed in writing.
10. Property Maintenance
Maintenance work may be subject to separate quotations and scope of works.
Additional trades may be required depending on the nature of the work.
Variations requested by the client may result in additional charges.
11. Biohazard & Emergency Cleaning
Biohazard cleaning includes bodily fluids, contamination incidents, and emergency sanitisation services.
Clients must disclose all known hazards before commencement.
Additional charges may apply if undisclosed hazards are identified on-site.
One Touch Clean Group reserves the right to refuse work where safety risks are unacceptable.
12. Water Extraction & Flood Damage
Water extraction reduces moisture levels but does not guarantee prevention of mould growth or future damage.
Clients are encouraged to engage relevant restoration professionals where required.
We are not responsible for existing water damage, mould, or structural issues.
13. Health & Safety
One Touch Clean Group is committed to maintaining a safe working environment.
We reserve the right to stop work if:
Unsafe conditions are present.
Hazardous materials are discovered.
Aggressive behaviour is encountered.
Access requirements are not met.
Charges may still apply for attendance and time on-site.
14. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate information regarding the service.
Remove valuables and fragile items where possible.
Ensure pets are secured.
Notify us of any hazards, damage, or special requirements.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
One Touch Clean Group's liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration, wear and tear, mould, stains, discolouration, or defects that cannot reasonably be removed through cleaning.
16. Photography
We may take before and after photographs for quality control, insurance purposes, training, or marketing.
No personal information will be disclosed without consent.
Clients may request in writing that photographs not be used for marketing purposes.
17. Complaints
Any concerns regarding services provided must be submitted within 24 hours of completion.
We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a rectification visit.
18. Force Majeure
One Touch Clean Group shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
Extreme weather
Natural disasters
Power outages
Government restrictions
Road closures
Industrial action
19. Privacy
Client information is collected solely for the purpose of providing services and managing bookings.
We do not sell or disclose personal information to third parties except where required by law or necessary to deliver our services.
20. Acceptance
By accepting a quotation, paying a deposit, making a booking, or allowing services to commence, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Our standard rate is $180 + GST per hour, with no minimum booking requirement. This allows you to engage our services for as little or as much time as needed, giving you flexibility and control over your cleaning budget.
